Our Scope of Work
1. Provision of Corporate Secretarial Services

1.1 Compliance with Statutory Requirements
  • Preparation and submission of statutory forms required under the Labuan Companies Act, 1990 and the Labuan Business Activity Tax Act, 1990 to the relevant authorities.
  • Maintenance of statutory records – Register of Members, Register of Directors and Secretaries, Register of Charges/Mortgages/Debentures and Minutes Book.
  • Maintenance of accounting records.

1.2 Provision of Registered Office

  • Attending to the first directors’ meeting and subsequent board meeting including preparing the notices, resolutions or minutes of the meeting.
  • Attending to the Annual General Meeting including preparing the notices, resolutions or minutes of the meeting.

1.4 Other Secretarial/Administrative Services This includes the following:
  • Assisting on matters relating to the transfer, issue and allotment of shares including the issuance of the Share Certificates
